We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of experience who is immediately available to join our client in the IT industry.

Description

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including severance packages.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance through regular reconciliations, audits, and adherence to SOX controls
• Serve as the primary liaison for local payroll vendors and address employee payroll-related queries
• Drive process improvements to increase payroll efficiency and support best practices
• Provide assistance with payroll operations across the broader EMEA region as needed.

• 3+ years' experience in payroll, with strong knowledge of local payroll legislation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience with payroll in other European countries and familiarity with systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.

• 50 - 60€/hour
